Shipping and payment

Orders are send against cash in advance. We will inform you about our bank-account (IBAN - International Bank Account Number) with our order confirmation which we will send you after we received your order.

It is also possible to pay through Paypal with your creditcard (VISA/Mastercard). If you want to use Paypal please let us know! We will send you an email through Paypal with the money-request in it. We have to add 3% fees which we have to pay Paypal if you choose this paymethod.

The shippingcosts are paid by the customer. The packages are shipped from Essen in Germany by DHL. We ship the package the workingday after we received you payment. The shippingtime is 1 to 2 workingdays for packages within Germany. Please ask for the shippingtime for orders which go abroad.

The shipping- and package-costs are calculated depending on the weight. The weight of one roll of wallpaper is about 600 to 1300 gramms. For packing we need additional 500 gramms.

We will tell you the exact shippingcosts in our order confirmation you will get after we received your order.

You may send your order back within 14 days after receipt if the items are not damaged and not opened (wallpapers in original packing if there have been one). Please have a look at our terms & conditions

Shippingcosts - farer Europe (DHL-Zone 2):

Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Estland, Georgien, Gibraltar, Iceland, Kanari islands, Kazakhstan, Kosovo (Serbian province), Croatia, Lettland, Litauen, Macedonia, Malta, Republic of Moldau, Montenegro (republic), Norway, Romania, Russian federation, Switzerland, Serbia (republic), Slovenia, Turkey, Ukraine, Hungary, white Russia (Belarus), Cyprus.

Shippingcosts - world (DHL-Zone 3):

Egypt, Algeria, Bahrain, Iraq, Iran, Israel, Yemen, Jordan, Canada, Qatar, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Oman, Saudi Arabia, St. Pierre and Miquelon, Syria, Tunesien, USA, United Arab Emirates.

Shippingcosts - all other countries (DHL-Zone 4):

All countries, which are not arranged in the remaining zones. If you do not find your country in the other regions, it falls into this zone. The following countries belong to zone 4: Australia, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, New Zealand, Taiwan.
