Contract of sale / order
You can order after your registrations as customer in our online-shop. You will get a registration-confirmation sent to the emailaddress you entered on registration.
You place an order by logging into your customer-account and sending the order with the items in your shopping-cart
All offers are without engagement. Johnny-Tapete do not have to fulfill an order if errors in text or calculation are found. If an item is not available although it is mentioned available on the website Johnny-Tapete is allowed to retreat from this order. Johnny-Tapete will inform you in this case immediately and refund any paid money.
With your order and sending our order-confirmation a binding contract of sale is accomplished.

Right of withdrawal / returning your order
You have the right to cancel the contract of sale within 14 days after receiving it by returning your order to us.
To be within timelimit you have to inform us by email, by telephone or by telefax and send us the order back. The items have to be unused and undamaged (Wallpapers have to be in their original unopened package except of one roll which you are allowed to open for checking.).
Wallpapers per meter cannot be returned.
If you would like to return your order please inform us before you send us any packages!
Returning an order is free for you if the delivered items are damaged or if they are not the ones you have ordered or if the order-amount is over 40,- EUR. We will pay you for returning your order with the amount we have to pay at our packetservice DPD or Deutsche Post AG. Express or other special extras cannot be paid.
If returned items have been used or damaged by you we have the right that you pay these items if the decrease in value is not only based on checking your order like it would have been possible at our store.

Prices / Shippingcosts
The prices which were noted at the time of your order apply. Our company pay taxes with "Differenzbesteuerung nach §25a UStG".
The costs for packing and shipping are a seperate item on the invoice. The amount of these costs are depending on the weight and/or size of your order. We will inform you about it in our order-confirmation which is send after we receive your order. Johnny-Tapete will always choose the most inexpensive possibility for shipping your order.

Issuing an invoice / Payment / Payment date
The invoice is issued with the price of the items you ordered and the packing- and shippingcosts. You will receive a proforma-invoice with our order-confirmation.
If we did not agreed to something else payments have to be made in advance by transfering the amount to our bank-account:

Johnny-Tapete is allowed to retain any order or service until it is paid completly and to bill you interest for delay.
Delay of payment occurs if the customer did not pay an invoice after the date which is noted on the invoice.

Conditional sale
Until the order is paid completly Johnny-Tapete stays the owner of it.

Delivery
Delivery is done against cash in advance. We will send your package within the next working-day after we received your payment on our bank-account. The shipping is done with DHL.
Delivery when you aren't at home: Please try to be at the shipping-address at the day the package will arrive or ask a neighbour to take the package for your!
We cannot deliver in the case of strike, official orders and other cases we cannot control. If we are obstructed because of things out of our control you have the right to retreat from your order after 6 weeks.
We are allowed to ship your order in multiple packages if that will not increase the shipping-fees for you.

Privacy
Your private data is kept only for the order-process and we will not give it to anybody else.

All data and images are under the copyright of Johnny-Tapete. You are not allowed to use them without our permission in any way.

Principles
All online-orders and services which are accomplish by us with Johnny-Tapete-Onlineshop (located in Essen, Germany) are based on our terms & conditions.
If you want to place an online-order you have to confirm that you read and understood our terms & conditions. Placing an order without a confirmation is not possible.
With placing your order or at the latest with receiving the package our terms & conditions apply. Different agreements apply only if we have given our permission in written form.

If some agreements in this contract are not guilty the other agreements keep guilty and should be interpreted to make sense in a similar way as intended. This applies also to missing parts.
