How to order at Johnny-Tapete

Using our Online-Shop

The fastest way to order is by using our online-shop. Add the items you would like to purchase into your shopping-cart by clicking on the appropiate button which is shown on the detailpage of the product.

You can look into your shopping-cart by using the the link at the top-navigation. Within the shopping-cart you can change the quantity of items by changing the numbers in the appropiate row an clicking a "Ok" Button. If you want to purchase the items in the shopping-cart please click the Button "Order >>>".

In the next step you have to log into your existing customer-account by using the email-address an the password you used on registration.

If you have no customer-account at our website you need to create one by clicking "Create new customer-account". You will be ask to enter your personal data. This data will only be used for the order-process and will not be given to anyone else.

Order by email, by telephone or by telefax

Of course you can also order by email, by telephone +49-201-61246-47 or by telefax +49-201-61246-48. Please give us the following informations:

• the item-name and -number,
• the quantity of pieces, rolls or meters,
• the paymethod you want to use (order against cash in advance or through Paypal),
• and the shipping-address to which we send the package.

Soon after your order you will get an order-confirmation by email in which we will tell you the exact shipping-costs

Wallpapers per meter can only be ordered by email, phone or fax.

Payment arrangements

We will ship your order against cash in advance because that is the cheapest way for you. After we receive your order we will send you an order-confirmation by email in which we will tell you our banking-data (IBAN). Please use the order-id within the subject of the payment for us the identify it. You have received the order-number by email or can look it up in My Orders.

If you need your order quick you can pay through Paypal with your creditcard (VISA/Mastercard). We are able to send your package the next working day. If you would like to use Paypal please tell us about by sending a note with your order. We will send you everything next you need to know for the payment through Paypal.
